Cancellation Policies if you register through annettelang.com:

• If you cancel up to 7 days before the day of the workshop, you will get a full refund. For example, if the cancellation is made by midnight Jan. 10th for a workshop taking place on Jan. 17th.
• If you cancel between 7 days and 24 hours of the day of the workshop, your money paid will be credited towards another workshop within 6 months, minus $25.00. For example, if you cancel between Jan. 11th and Jan. 16th for a workshop taking place on Jan. 17th.
• If you received any materials in advance, you will be charged $50.00.
• There is no refund or credit if you are a no-show.
